Pensio Vitoria

I stayed in the hotel as well, and I liked it. Now I want to go there again but I cannot contact them at this number. Does anyone know if they havea new number or maybe quit the business? Please let me know. Thanks, bye, Sander

Erik
Call the number mentioned above. This is a website with general information, not a booking agency.

i stayed in this place for a week in february. i loved the room: beautiful. but the owners turned out the switch of the heaster now and then, it was very cold. we had to beg them to turn on the heat again everytime, which was very annoying as they didn't speak english. we woke up a couple of times this week because the owners were fighting very loud. (6 in the morning) hope you're having more luck!!

We stayed from 3 till 9 november 2004 in this place. I don't agree with Adrienne. There are two locked doors in this hostel. A thief can not just walk in there. If her neighbours climbed over the balcony than they are real spidermen. The balcony is on the 3th floor. To be short it's a nice, safe place to visit. By the way. You should never leave valuables in your room.

Becky, I stayed at Pensio Vitoria over May 14 & 15, 2004. Tel/Fax: 93.302 08 34 It was clean, but I didn't feel it was the most secure place since our neighbors locked themselves out and then let themselves in by climbing over our balcony and pushing in their window shutters. There also wasn't anyone at the main door all the time. Bottom line: if someone wanted to break in, I feel that they could have without too much effort. It was sorta weird. It worked out for the weekend, but I wouldn't have left anything valuable. Hope this helps out.

If anyone has stayed in this hostal, has an email or fax number for it please could they email me. Also, is it nice/clean/ok? Thanks

that we loved to bbq in The Granary and then curl up on the stone sofas in front of the logs burning in the open air grate and read our books, sohimteng that coul not be done in The Byre. The Byre has a standard kettle type BBQ which is portable and can be moved to the numerous niches in the gardens. The terraces at The Byre do afford fab views including The Ghost Town sohimteng the other cottages don't have. We went the first 2 weeks in June and needed the heat from the open air fire grate after eating and therefore in that situation The Granary won, however later in the season ie 1 week later The Byre would have won hands down. The cottages are beautifully furnished and decorated, fab service provided by Gonul the manager and definitely good value. We havc travelled 5 times with Exclusiove Escapes and are now smitten with Sakli Vadi because of the combination of product and value. It should be stressed that it can not be compared with like for like with E E, as understandably the price asked by Sakli Vadi would not allow such precision as with EE, but never the less we spent 18 days at Sakli Vadi constantly saying that we had saved ourselves at least a31000 and that we could not see the justification of the extra expense. We love the whole place so much that we have booked to return again for 2 weeks at the end of September and beginning of October.Just one negative point, we note the previous review, a couple with their 9 month old baby. Whilst we were at The Byre we spoke to the owner of the neighbouring Cottage who commented without prompt that her guests the previous week had constantly been complaining to her of the persistent crying of the baby in The Byre and how it had spoilt their holdiay. Having spoken to both the owner of the neighbouring property and guests at Sakli Vadi all had believed that the cottages were intended to be child free. Had we been adjacent to a crying baby we would not have been overly pleased, particlularly as the properties are not completely sound proof from each other both inside and out. For us it would have spoilt the peace and ambience of the valley and our holiday. Sakli Vadi please do not book small childrenWe have loved the whole holiday and thank all concerned and look forward to seeing you all again.Any potential guest is welcome to ask us any question.
